![]() Internet Protocol Version 4, Src: .x (.x), Dst: .x (.x) Have you tried a different path without any spacing in the path? From your log it's showing the path as "/Public+Temp+Files". Have you downloaded and ran the firmware update utility Opens a new window from here to check for newer firmware? Unfortunately Brother only makes the firmware available through the utility.Ĭan you provide a sample of what you have tried as the directory path? It is possible the Brother won't accept a path with spaces in it. For those interested the MFC-7860DW Users Manual Opens a new window is here. ![]() Yes it does appear to be an issue with what the Brother uses for the store directory path. It does not appear to be a fundamental users/network issue, rather syntax as to what the Brother Store directory will accept. Here is the FTP log from the server with site information obfuscated: Those options are also not available on the MFP menu either.Īm I right to think that FTP is the protocol and NOT SMB ?Īs I mentioned, I can do this from the command line and PUT files up without issue. I looked at all manuals for this model, but found nothing mentioning kerberos or NTLM. ![]() ![]() The mentioned manual says: ''Scan to Network supports Kerberos Authentication and NTLMv2 Authentication.'' On this model, there is no option to scan to network, just scan to FTP. ![]() Great information, however, a couple of things are not exactly as you described. ![]()
